Marywood’s Sculpture department is currently exhibiting faculty, student, and professional work in the Kresge gallery of Insalaco here on campus. The show displays a wide variety of works, from metal and glass castings to wood forms, and abstract as well as realistic work. Curated by professor Stephen Colley and professor emeritus Robert Griffith, the show allows viewers to move all around the displayed pieces and fully appreciate their use of space. Work from several currently ongoing sculpture classes made by students is scattered throughout. The gallery’s opening reception will be held in the Kresge gallery this Thursday from 5:30 to 7:00 with light refreshments served.
