Healthcare Management Degree Guide, a website which provides information about the healthcare field, rated Marywood 13 out of the top 20 Master’s Degree Programs in Healthcare Management at Smaller Colleges in the North.

Pam Beiler, communications manager for Healthcare Management Degree Guide, said in an email the programs were selected based on acceptance rate, cost of attendance, number of degree and specialization options offered and accreditation. Each school is given a certain number of points based on their ratings in these areas.

The University of Scranton was ranked number one with 17 points. Marywood received nine points.

According to the website, Graduate Healthcare Management Degrees have become the new standard for those interested in pursuing a career as a manager or administrator in the healthcare field.
