Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 cans of chicken
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
16 ounces ranch dressing
12 ounces hot sauce
1 1/2 cups cheddar or Monterrey jack
Melt cream cheese with dressing in large saute pan. Add hot sauce gradually until desired spiciness. Add chicken and cook until warm and blended. Take off heat and mix in cheese. Transfer to casserole bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 box frozen chopped spinach – thawed and drained
1 small jar marinated artichokes – drain and chop
1 medium Vidalia onion chopped
3/4 cloves garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Parmesan cheese – save 1/4 cup for end
2 cups mozzarella
Spray a 2 quart casserole bowl with Pam. Mix all the ingredients except 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. In the last five minutes, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
