Field Hockey
On Saturday, Pacers captain Cydney Lahr scored her 100th career goal against DeSales University. The non-conference game ended in a Pacer victory by a score of 5-4. Lahr is the third Pacer to score 100 goals in Marywood field hockey history. Lahr got her 100th goal in the 23rd minute of the game, scoring on DeSales goalkeeper.

Men’s Soccer
The Pacers hosted Hood College for the Pacer Cup on Wednesday, Oct. 2, coming off a tie against the City College of New York. That was repeated in the match that ended in a 1-1 draw, the Pacers (4-4-2) and Blazers (3-5-2) finishing the first half at a stalemate. During the second half Alex Visha was fouled in the box at the 88th minute for an opportunity for a penalty kick. Kyle Falcon shot the penalty kick, scoring it in the top right of the goal for the pacers. Marywood Pacer goalkeeper Kelton Ostrander recorded four saves.

Men’s Golf
This weekend Marywood University competed in the MASCAC championship and finished in seventh. The Pacers finished with a 135 over par after two days on the Ranch golf course. Baden Hancock finished in 26th place with 29 over par, with teammate Ben Galko finishing just a stroke behind him. Zachary Valeski (+36) and Zachary Carpenter (+41) were 32nd and 33rd place. Luke Landis rounded out the pacers golfers in 34th place, shooting 47 over.

Volleyball
On Oct. 3 Marywood University fell to King’s College with a score of 3-0. Autumn Savitski led the Pacers with six kills. Casey Hagerstrom matched her with six points. The Pacers travel to Hood College on Saturday to take on the Blazers and FDU-Florham.
